Our history

We have grown with Hong Kong

Baker Tilly in Hong Kong was formed in 1977 by Mr. Malcolm Ian Glass, practicing under the name of Malcolm Glass & Co. In 1979 he was joined in the practice by Robin Radcliffe and the firm became Glass Radcliffe & Co.

The evolution of Hong Kong as a conduit for doing business in Mainland China led to a significant expansion of the practice throughout the 1980's and 1990's. The firm re-branded as Baker Tilly Hong Kong in 2003 starting a new era as the sole independent member firm of Baker Tilly International in Hong Kong after a rigorous review process.

We act as auditors and business advisors to a diverse range of clients, from SMEs through to publicly listed transnational corporations, non-profit organisations and government entities.

Today, Baker Tilly employs over 300 directors and staff in Hong Kong.
