"What I find most valuable from Baker Tilly is the people I have been working with and the harmonious environment and atmosphere of our department. When I started as a Tax Assistant, I found that my colleagues were very supportive and we work as a family. 

Working in this environment does help a lot to lift my mood and morale when my in-tray is at landslide level, and I do want to say, even at busy times of the year, I can still get off from work and have a nice dinner with my family and friends, which I personally don't think happens quite often elsewhere."
