Recruitment privacy statement

Use of data

The personal data collected in job application forms will be used by Baker Tilly Hong Kong to assess the applicants' suitability to assume the job duties of the position for which they apply and to determine a preliminary remuneration and benefits package to be discussed with applicants subject to selection for a position.

In general, personal data of unsuccessful candidates will be deleted as soon as practicable and not later than twelve months after completion of the relevant recruitment process. Applicants may consider the application unsuccessful if they do not hear from our firm within 6 weeks. 

Disclosure and transfer of personal data

Personal data collected from job applicants is used only for recruitment related purposes. Unless otherwise required by law, we will not disclose or transfer any personal information of job applicants to third parties without the prior consent of the applicants.

Data access requests

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you may request access to, and/or correction of your personal data in relation to your application.

By submitting data through Baker Tilly Hong Kong's website, the visitor is providing explicit consent to agree with the data collection policy of Baker Tilly Hong Kong.
