Cynthia Lo

Cynthia joined Baker Tilly Hong Kong in 1991 as audit trainee and was promoted to partner level in 2005.

She is now the Managing Director of the firm and manages a portfolio of local and international audit clients. She is also heavily involved in international joint assignments with the network member firms.

In her time with the firm, Cynthia has built up extensive experience in auditing, tax and financial advisory services. She has undertaken many due diligence reviews of organisations in China. Cynthia has particular experience in providing assistance to China-based entities seeking funding or public listings outside China. In addition Cynthia has extensive experience in the audit of local listed and major private companies, including clients from trading, manufacturing, shipping, servicing companies and NGOs.
