Daniel Wan

Daniel Wan is a Director in Audit and Assurance and manages a portfolio of local and multi-national audit clients.

Daniel has extensive experience in auditing public and private companies in the Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore and United States. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Daniel spent a number of years with a leading accounting firm in Hong Kong.

He has been engaged in audit assignments of a wide range of clients in different industries including private and listed/public companies of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and NASDAQ and OTC Bulletin Board in the United States.
