Edmond Chan

Edmond is the Head of Audit and Assurance and oversees the technical and regulatory matters for the firm.

Edmond has considerable experience in auditing companies of all sizes, from SMEs to listed companies, both local and overseas. He also has extensive experience in due diligence reviews and IPO reporting. He has a diverse portfolio ranging from clients in regulated industries such as financial advisory and securities investment, to manufacturing, trading, beauty services and property investment.

He has assisted in numerous listings on the Hong Kong, NASDAQ, UK-AIM, Singapore and other overseas capital markets.
