Faith Del Rosario

Faith has over 21 years of experience in audit assurance and financial advisory practice. She acquired solid experience in audit assurance and advisory in the early years and later focus and developed extensive experience in financial advisory services such as financial due diligence; resumption of listing; forensic accounting and investigation exercise; pre-investment financial analysis for both private and listed entities in Hong Kong and overseas and advisory on initial public offerings (IPO) exercise. She has extensive experience in collaborating across functions and geographic locations to serve the needs of a complex clientele.

Prior to joining Baker Tilly Hong Kong, Faith spent over 17 years with a Big Four accounting firm, where she focused on audit and assurance services for both private and listed entities, IPO exercise; merger and acquisition and disposal projects.

Faith’s clientele involved various industries including medical and healthcare industry, media, consumer and retail business, constructions and recycling business and assets management.

Faith has a degree in Finance and Accounting from University of Newcastle, Australia. She is a Fellow Certified Public Accountant and Practicing member of HKICPA and a certified public accountant of CPA Australia. Faith is also a certified professional forensic accountant of The Institute of Certified Forensic Accountants.
