Hill Chan

Hill has board experience in audit and assurance profession. Hill brings extensive experience in managing and leading audit engagements for listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and has also been actively involved in assisting companies in their preparation for IPOs, as well as acting as the reporting accountants for several Hong Kong IPOs.

Prior to joining Baker Tilly Hong Kong, Hill spent over 10 years with a Big Four accounting firm, where he focused on audit and assurance services for both private and listed entities, IPO exercise; merger and acquisition and disposal projects. 

Hill’s clientele involved various industries including media business, consumer and retail business, manufacturing, oil and gas business, construction business and financial services.

Hill was graduated from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.  He is a Fellow Certified Public Accountant and Practicing member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“HKICPA”). Hill is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist of ACAMS and holds the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.
