Jerry Gao

Jerry’s approach with clients is to build strong relationships with their senior management team. By better understanding his client’s business, their people and their focus, he and his team are able to tailor their advice and services accordingly.

He has considerable audit, assurance and advisory experience and has worked with clients in both private and public sectors. His clients range from private entities to sizable listed companies in Hong Kong, USA, UK with international operations. He also provides financial model review services to investment banks. Jerry has acted as reporting accountant on a number of IPOs, capital raisings and acquisition deals.

He trained and qualified in Mainland China. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Jerry spent a number of years with a Big Four firm in Beijing and a leading accounting firm in Hong Kong, including an overseas secondment to their Sydney office.
