Jesse Li

Jesse has an extensive background in audit and assurance.  He acquired broad experience in managing and leading listed company audit engagements, especially in serving construction, retail, financial services and hospitality clients, as well as IPO engagements and other transaction related engagements. He has also been actively involved in certain assurance related engagements, such as financial due diligence review and internal control review.

Prior to joining Baker Tilly Hong Kong, Jesse was an experienced manager in a Big Four accounting firm, where he focused on audit and assurance services for both listed and private entities, IPO exercise, merger and acquisition and disposal projects.
