Lily Chau

Lily is a Director in Audit and Assurance and manages a portfolio of local and multi-national audit clients.

Lily has extensive experience in handling assignments of listed and private companies in Hong Kong, Mainland China and a number of overseas countries over a wide variety of industries including manufacturing and trading, retail, property development and construction, energy and infrastructure, etc.

She also has extensive exposures in handling initial public offerings (IPO), sizable A+H State-Owned Enterprises audit, multinational group reporting audit and financial due diligence, etc.

Prior to joining Baker Tilly Hong Kong, she worked in the audit and assurance department of a Big Four accounting firm for over 15 years.
