​Patrick Chu is a Tax Principal at Baker Tilly Hong Kong’s tax practice with over 17 years of experience in providing professional services to both private and listed clients.

Patrick specializes in Hong Kong and Mainland China corporate tax advisory, and is actively involved in regional corporate restructuring, cross-border tax advisory, preparation of transfer pricing documentations and tax due diligence projects. He services both local and regional clients, who range from the small to the major MNCs, and is experienced in advising Chinese companies in using Hong Kong as a platform for outbound investment.

Patrick serves as a member of ACCA Hong Kong Tax Sub-Committee and is responsible for contributing suggestions on various consultation papers including the Government's Annual Budget and other tax-related consultations initiated by the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau and the Inland Revenue Department.
