Samson currently served as the Chief Advisor of Financial Advisory in Baker Tilly Hong Kong and has extensive experience in M&A transactions in various sectors. 

Prior to joining Baker Tilly Hong Kong in June 2024, Samson was the M&A Transaction Service Partner at one of the Big Four accounting firms, with over 22 years of experience in leading and advising clients (including private equities, SOEs, MNCs, government and sovereign funds, family offices and conglomerates etc.) in over 200 M&A transactions by providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and advisory, capital raising and post-deal integration advisory services.
