Wayne Fang
Wayne is a director of the technical and regulatory department and responsible for overseeing the firm’s quality management systems, providing technical advice on diverse accounting and auditing issues and handling regulatory inspections and compliance related matters.
Wayne has extensive experience in conducting technical reviews of audit engagements, dealing with regulatory enquiries and inspections, and delivering internal training programmes.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly Hong Kong, Wayne spent a number of years in one of the Big Four accounting firms, where he focused on audit and assurance services for a diverse range of clients, including listed companies and multinational corporations, IPO exercise; merger and acquisition and disposal projects.
