Pacific Legend Group Limited (Stock code: 8547.HK) successfully listed on the GEM of HKEX on 18 July 2018. Baker Tilly Hong Kong acted as reporting accountants, tax advisor and internal control consultant to Pacific Legend Group Limited throughout the GEM listing process.
The Group is a home furniture and accessories specialist, operating in Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates and Mainland China under the brand name “Indigo”.
The annual turnover was HKD279 million in 2017 and the Group raised HKD75M equity through the IPO to fund expansion of product and service offerings and overseas retail network.
