The Business Angel Programme runs a series of events every year which allows shortlisted candidates to present their business plans in front of a panel of investors and enjoy the opportunity to network and make valuable contacts.
The programme aims to connect entrepreneurs and angel investors. With guidance along the way, we provide feedback from industry experts, mentorship, and presentation training.
During the Presentation Event, you will have 10 minutes to pitch your business plan and 10 minutes for audience Q&A. You will have an opportunity to connect with angel investors at the end. Apply through our online platform.

About The Business Angel Programme
The British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong’s Business Angel Programme, launched in 2007, was one of the first initiatives of its kind to be launched in Hong Kong by any of the chambers of commerce. Now reaching its 14th year, the programme is well-respected, providing entrepreneurs with valuable advice, a great opportunity to learn more about the start-up community, and most importantly, a pathway to funding.
Success stories
As anyone who has pitched their business to potential investors will testify, the process is both exhilarating and nerve-racking. Here’s what a previous participant has to say about their experience:
The guidance and support we received throughout the process was amazing. Committee members invested a considerable amount of their time and expertise into helping us tailor our proposition and prepare for the pitch. As a result, we were commended on our presentation and secured 50% of the financing we were looking for from one of the angel investors.
